Life is like running up a steep hill...
You cannot look too far ahead of you (whether the future or the hill). If you are dealing with life then you might want to give up if you start thinking of everything you either have to do for that particular day, week, month or even the next few years in the future. You have to keep your vision focused either a few steps in front of you if you are climbing the hill or focused on your goals you have for your life.
If you keep your head down and stay focused on the hill or your life you might stumble a bit but you will be able to be in better control and be able to reach your goals...if you look too far in front, you will probably feel like the hill will defeat you or that life will be too challenging for what is in store. You can visualize the end result to reach the top of the hill or the end result of what you want to achieve in life whether it be falling in love, having kids, getting the dream job, buying that dream car, house or some other material thing.
My one bit of advice is for you to just ENJOY THE RIDE, remember to breathe, take small steps towards reaching your goals and life will just fall into place - like someone throwing you a rope and you grabbing hold and they pull you up to where you need to be...we only get one chance at this - make it all good - trust me all things seem to work themselves out...when life is good it is really good - All I can say is it is so sweet when things just come at you when you least expect them to. Things you had visualized for so long become your reality and it is awesome...you can make your own music in your head - it is so darn sweet - when you have a great run you feel free and can say you beat the hill one more day... All so darn sweet!
Create A Great Week!

Just one comment - now I know why my kids are in organized sports and the next round needs to start ASAP...the "I'm Bored" is not working for them and especially not for me!
